Stay In Place orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. See the return policy below.
Return Order to Stay In Place
- 1. Fill out the return label included with your order. If you did not receive a return label, contact customer support.
- 2. Attach the completed label to the front of your package so it can be clearly read.
- 3. Follow the instruction on the return label on how to book pickup or where to drop of the package. Keep the top half of the return label as proof of your return.
- 4. After your return is received, we'll refund the order value to the original payment method.
Please note: Only products purchased on Stay In Place can be returned via the online returns process. Items that do not meet this criteria cannot be returned to the sender.

Stay In Place gift cards
Unused Stay In Place gift cards can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. To cancel, please contact us with your gift card number.
Underwear and Swimwear
Due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can not be returned if such product’s packaging has been opened, meaning that the packaging seals are broken.
Can I return a flawed/defective product?
Stay In Place stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw, support is available depending on your place of purchase.
