These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you as a customer and us, Röhnisch Sportswear AB (“Röhnisch”). When either of the terms “we”, “ours” and “us” is used it refers to Röhnisch. We provide the website www.rohnisch.com and all subpages (the “Web shop”). When you make an order in our Web shop you will first be required to accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms and Conditions are available in English.

General Terms
When you make an order in our Web shop you will be asked to accept our Terms. It is important that you read them carefully. Since we have the right to amend these Terms we also ask that you save a copy of the Terms that are applicable on your purchase. If we amend these Terms we will publish the new version on our web site and the changes will be applicable on your next purchase.
If you are under 18 years old you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to order via our Web shop.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory statutory rights under applicable local laws which cannot be limited or excluded, should such rights apply to you.
Orders
We only handle orders made through our Web shop. At this time, we cannot process any orders by telephone, e-mail or letter.
To place an order, you need to provide a shipping address, contact details (such as phone number and an e-mail address). You can do this either by signing up as a customer in our Web shop, continue as a guest or by using any of our checkout partners. The order is not placed until you click “Send Order” in checkout.
When you place an order in our Web shop you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. A link to these Terms and Conditions will also be sent to the e-mail address you have entered when placing your order.
Please be aware that the e-mail acknowledgment does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders will need to be accepted by us before the purchase is completed. When we accept your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail, the “Delivery Confirmation”. The purchase agreement between you and Röhnisch will only be formed and entered into when we send you the Delivery Confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse order requests if a product is out of sale or if we experience inventory differences, technical problems, changes to specifications or any typographical errors. We also reserve the right to refuse an order if certain product information may not be complete. The purchase agreement will therefore only relate to those products for which you have received the Delivery Confirmation. In the event that we are not able to verify your home address, your order will be deemed invalid and we will refuse the order. We also reserves the right to refuse order requests due to other objective reasons. We reserve the right to refuse ordering requests if fraud is suspected. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police.

Transport damage
When you receive your order, it is important that you check the packaging before signing the shipping form or retrieving the package from the delivery point. If you find that the packaging is injured, you should report this to the shipper or to the delivery point agent who can make a note of this. You are also responsible for making a notification of the damage to our customer service within a reasonable period of time.
To report damage to the package during transport, please contact customer service by e-mail address support@rohnisch.com. We ask that you attach pictures of the damage in communication with our customer service along with the order number.
Unclaimed packages
If you have ordered the package to be picked up at a specific delivery point, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. If instead you have ordered home delivery, it is important that you are able to collect the package at the agreed time. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and delivery number. You will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be sent by e-mail, ordinary mail and, if you have provided a mobile number, through a phone call or text message (SMS). Prices and fees
All prices in our Web shop are displayed including VAT.
Our prices and charges may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as materially changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT. If the VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and charges with the corresponding amount.

You have the right to cancel your purchase, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. The length of your return period varies depending on where you live.
We will refund the amount you paid for the products without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we received your returned product.
If there is a depreciation in value of the returned product, which is due to the product having been handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function or characteristics, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the amount to be refunded. The amount deducted will correspond to the depreciation in value of the returned product.

Submitting a claim on a faulty product
You have the right to submit claims if you have received a faulty product, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This applies to faulty products where the fault was already there when you received the product. It might however still be an original fault, even if the fault occurs after a certain period.
If you have received a faulty product you should contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Claims which are made within two months from having discovered the fault are accepted as having been made within a reasonable amount of time. The easiest way to make a claim is to send us a message at support@rohnisch.com. We appreciate it if you can provide us with as much information as possible about the circumstances of the claim in your e-mail. We will then contact you with further instructions.
The right to submit a claim lasts three years from receiving the faulty product. If your claim is accepted we will compensate you for the return shipping. When the faulty product has been returned and the claim has been accepted, we will compensate you in accordance with consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to deny any claims which are deemed incorrect.
Please note that the legislative right to submit a claim on a faulty product is not applicable to purchases made by companies.

We always strive to make you happy with our products and services. Our customer support will try to resolve any problems that may occur.

Force majeure
We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power-/tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Should such circumstances occur, any delay or similar shall not result in any right for damages or other measures. If any such situation should arise, we shall inform you accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both you and we are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Reservations for incorrect information
If there are incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock, we are entitled to rectify the errors and, at any time, to change or update the information. All images on the Website shall be considered solely as illustrations. Such illustrations do not guarantee to reproduce the amount of products you will receive or the exact appearance, function or origin of the product. We are not responsible for any information by third parties provided for on the Website.

This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
